Research - Editing Delilah - Never Be Another

The editing process was very interesting. We had a lot of footage to choose from and we did not have enough time to finish all the editing. However, it was good practice for the real music video.

We got the hang of using markers and cropping the footage to the beat of the music. At first we did not do it so well but eventually we found our rhythm. After cutting the footage down on each marker, we started finding what base shot suited best to the video.

We also slowed the footage down on the intro of the song to give it a good introduction to the song and also follow Vernalli's theory of 'Obvious Editing'.

As I mentioned before, we did not have time to finish the entire music video therefore we did not add a lot of obvious edits in and we did not add in any filters to make it look better.
